### For some reason, in Episode 4 the words "Moon Tiara Vaporize" were used
instead of the usual "Moon Tiara Magic".
Serena/Sailor Moon
Transformations
- Disguise Power
- First episode used in: #2 - Talk Radio
- The Luna Pen given to Serena by Luna (Episode 1) allows Serena to
disguise herself when necessary. Luna told her that it's only for
Scout business, but on many ocassions, Serena used it for her own personal
reasons. (For instance, she tried to play a joke on Raye by disguising
herself as a fortune teller and telling Chad to give Raye a kiss!)
Serena holds the Luna Pen in the air, and shouts, "Disguise Power!",
followed by whatever she wants to transform into. Then, beams of light
shoot from the pen, surround Serena, and create the disguise.
Here's a list of disguises Serena has used. (Still workin' on it!)
- Episode #2 - "A sophisticated talent agent"
- Episode #5 - "A school superintendent"
- Episode #7 - "A flight attendant...or something"
- Episode #9 - "A sporty-looking photographer"
- Episode #13 - "A totally gorgeous bride, like in the magazines"
- Episode #18 - "The foxiest Fem around"
- Episode #26 - "Fortune-Teller/Matchmaker"
- Episode #46 - "A wicked-cool kindergarten teacher"
- Moon Prism Power
- First episode used in: #1 - A Moon Star is Born
- Unlike the other Sailor Scouts, Serena uses a special locket to transform
instead of a pen.
Serena has the locket on her bow most of the time, but sometimes it just
dangles from her neck or sits in her pocket. At the necessary time, she
thrusts her arm into the air and shouts out, "Moon Prism Power!" Then,
the locket does its work. First, she gets her nails done. After blinking
her eyes twice, beams of light shoot out from the locket. They form the
top part of her suit, then the white gloves, then the red boots, and
finally the blue skirt. Then, the crescent birthmark on her head begins
to glow. She spins fully around, and her tiara appears, followed by
the broaches in her hair. Finally, she striks her pose, facing forward,
legs shoulder width apart, left arm at her waist, right hand to her
forehead, saluting the Moon. A white crescent moon is in the
background.
- Moon Star Power/Moon Crystal Power
- First episode used in: #45 - Cherry Blossom Time
- Sailor Moon was defeated by one of Alan and Ann's cardians. The cardian
shattered her locket, and then Serena disappeared. In her mind, Queen
Serenity helped her out. She gave Princess Serena the Imperium Silver
Crystal back, and put it in Serena's broken locket. The locket was
re-energized, but the crystal had not regained its full power. Serena
could once again transform into Sailor Moon.
Serena takes the locket in her hands, and holds it in the air, shouting,
"Moon Crystal Power!" She puts the locket on her chest, and spins around
a few times. Then, the crystal shoots out beams of energy which form
a pair of wings and the top part of her suit. The wings spread out and
disappear. She puts her arms into the air, and her gloves are formed.
Her red boots are formed, followed by her skirt. Then, she spins around
one time, as a ribbon ties itself onto the back of her skirt. Her tiara
appears, followed by the broaches in her hair. Finally, she striks her
pose, facing forward, legs shoulder width apart, left arm at her waist,
right hand to her forehead, saluting the Moon. A large white crescent
moon with a is in the background. A red rose is on the moon.
The words "Moon Crystal Power" are the ones that are usually spoken.
Special Powers
- Moon Tiara Magic
- First episode used in: #1 - A Moon Star is Born
- Using the magic of her tiara, Sailor Moon turns her enemies into Moon
dust. Also, she can use the tiara to trap people (or other creatures).
This worked most of the time, but there were a few exceptions such as
against Jedite and Neflite's "Leo the Lion" monster. Finally, it proved
to be too weak to defeat Alan and Ann's cardians.
Sailor Moon takes the tiara from around her forehead, and holds it in
her hand. As it glows, she spins around (either to power it up or just
to show it off before she unleashes it, I don't really know). Then,
she winds up, and throws it, just like a frisbee, and shouts "Moon
Tiara Magic!"
- Moon Healing Activation
- First episode used in: #21 - Jupiter Comes Thundering In
- The Crescent Moon Wand given to Serena by Luna was utilized
during the search for the Rainbow Crystals. Besides being able to
find the crystals, it also changed ordinary people who were turned
into Negaverse monsters back to themselves again.
Sailor Moon takes out the Crescent Moon Wand, and holds it up to her
face. A red light in the center of the wand begins to glow (after
the Imperium Silver Crystal is placed in the wand, energy begins to swirl
around the crystal also). Then, she moves the wand in a circle, while
saying "Moon Healing Activation!" The Negaverse monsters scream in pain,
and then revert to human form.
- Cosmic Moon Power
- First episode used in: #31 - A Reluctant Princess
- When Sailor Moon received the Imperium Silver Crystal, a new power was
granted to her. When used with the Moon Wand, almost anything can be
accomplished. And with Sailor Moon (or Princess Serena) wielding that
power, the Negaverse is in for some trouble.
Sailor Moon (or Princess Serena) takes out the Crescent Moon Wand, and
holds it up in the air. Beams of energy shoot out in all directions
from the Imperium Silver Crystal. A shield of energy forms around her,
as the power of the crystal repels the evil forces nearby.
- Moon Sceptre Elimination/Moon Sceptre Activation
- First episode used in: #45 - Cherry Blossom Time
- When Sailor Moon returned after her defeat, she found that she needed
a new weapon to defeat the enemy. Queen Serenity came to her aid,
giving her the Moon Sceptre.
Sailor Moon holds the Moon Sceptre in the air. A full moon is in the
background. Beams of light come out from the top of the sceptre. She
spins around once, swinging the sceptre in the air. Then she freezes,
and holds the sceptre horizontally across her face. She swings the
sceptre a few more times, saying "Moon Sceptre..." Then she stands
with her legs together, and points the sceptre at her target, and
says, "...Elimination!" Crescents and beams of energy shoot toward
the enemy.
- Moon Crystal Healing Activation
- First episode used in: #63 - Enemies No More
- This special power was used by Sailor Moon to turn the Four Sisters into
normal humans, destroying all of the negative energy, emotions, and
thoughts that they possessed.
Sailor Moon holds the Imperium Silver Crystal in the air, and says,
"Moon Crystal Healing Activation!" Then, the target of the power
infusion begins to spin around, as the light engulfs them. The light
clears, and the evil disappears.
In "Sibling Rivalry," the words "Moon Crystal Healing Power" were used.

Amy/Sailor Mercury
Transformations
- Mercury Power/Mercury Star Power
- First episode used in: #5 - Computer School Blues
- (Star) First episode used in: #56 - Sailor Mercury Moving On?
- With her blue power pen in hand, Amy thrusts her arm into the air, and
shouts, "Mercury Power!" She moves the pen in a circle from her head to
her toes, and then she turns around halfway. Thin blue ribbons of energy
shoot out from the pen, covering her body, and creating her sailor suit.
Then, she makes another half-turn. She strikes her pose, facing forward,
feet spread shoulder-width apart, knees touching each other, arms partly
extended, left elbow touching body, right elbow slightly off to the side.
A few stars shine in the background.
With her blue star pen in hand, Amy thrusts in the air, and shouts,
"Mercury Star Power!" She gets her nails done like Sailor Moon, except
that they're colored blue. The transformation sequence is the same as
the "Mercury Power" one. At the end, the sign of Mercury is in the
background.
Special Powers
- Mercury Bubbles Blast
- First episode used in: #5 - Computer School Blues
- Sailor Mercury's Bubble attack has more than one use. It can call up
a fog to hide the immediate area. Also, the bubbles can bring down the
temperature of the area, causing Negaverse monsters to lose their
concentration and begin to shiver.
Sailor Mercury takes up a stance like a SF character about to unleash
a fireball. She says, "Mercury Bubbles...", and the bubbles form in
her hands. Next, she spins completely around, counter-clockwise. Then,
she spreads her arms out, unleashing a wide spread of bubbles while
saying, "...Blast!"
- Mercury Ice Bubbles Freeze
- First episode used in: #47 - Much Ado About Babysitting
- Sailor Mercury got very ticked off after watching Alan and Ann's cardian
pick on a bunch of defenseless babies. After the Moonlight Knight came
to her and Sailor Moon's aid, Sailor Mercury released her anger. After
telling the cardian off, she let loose with a new attack.
Actually, she goes through the same sequence as before, with two changes.
First, the words change form "Mercury Bubbles Blast" to "Mercury Ice
Bubbles Freeze!" And second, the bubbles don't fog up the area, they
just freeze the target in a wall of ice.
- (Double) Mercury Ice Storm Blast
- First episode used in: #56 - Sailor Mercury Moving On?
- It begins with a single drop of water, splashing into a large puddle of
water that Sailor Mercury is standing in. She spins around, and water
gathers around her. She says, "Mercury Ice Storm Blast!", and releases
a large wave of water at the target.
In "Sibling Rivalry," the animation sequence for the "Mercury Bubbles
Blast" attack was used for some reason.

Raye/Sailor Mars
Transformations
- Mars Power/Mars Star Power
- First episode used in: #7 - An Uncharmed Life
- (Star) First episode used in: #57 - Gramps in a Pickle
- With her red power pen in hand, Raye thrusts her arm into the air, and
shouts, "Mars Power!" She holds the pen up in the air, as flames erupt
from it. The flames circle her body from head to toe, creating each
part of her sailor suit, beginning with her red high-heels. Then, she
strikes her pose, facing left, head turned to the left, left hand at
her waist, left foot in front, right hand pointed downward. A fireball
spirals out in the background.
With "Mars Star Power," Raye holds her red star pen in the air, and shouts,
"Mars Star Power!" She gets her nails done like Sailor Moon, except
that they're colored red. The transformation sequence is the same as the
"Mars Power" one. At the end, the sign of Mars is in the background.
Special Powers
- (Magical Anti-Evil Signs)
- First episode used in: #7 - An Uncharmed Life
- The enchanted charms that Raye carries around with her have nothing to
do with her being a Sailor Scout. She learned how to use the scrolls
of paper from being a priestess at her temple. These slips of paper
stun creatures and/or make evil spirits go away.
Raye holds up the slip of paper to her face, and concentrates. Usually,
she says, "I call upon the power of Mars...Fireballs Charge!" before
throwing the magical slip of paper.
- Mars Fire Ignite
- First episode used in: #7 - An Uncharmed Life
- Sailor Mars clasps her hands together, much like a little kid playing
with an imaginary gun. She says, "Mars Fire...," and a ball of fire
forms at her fingertips. Then, she points her fireball at her target,
and unleashes it, saying, "...Ignite!"
- Also called "Mars Fireballs Charge!" in episode 27.
- Mars Firebird Strike
- First episode used in: #48 - Raye's Day in the Spotlight
Alan and Ann's cardian drained Raye of almost all of her energy. So,
when she transformed into Sailor Mars, she wasn't at peak condition. But
after her music was thrashed by the cardian, she really got upset. Who
could blame her? She worked for a long time on her music, and didn't
appreciate it being messed with.
This is Sailor Mars' combo attack, so to speak. First, the pulls out one
of her magical scrolls, and does the usual thing with it. "I call upon
the power of Mars...Fireballs Charge!" she yells, and the scroll floats
slowly toward the target. Then, she goes into her "Mars Fire Ignite!"
sequence, but the words change to "Mars Firebird Strike!" The fireball
combines with the scroll, and together they take the shape of a bird.
- Mars Firestorm Flash
- First episode used in: #57 - Gramps in a Pickle
- This attack was used only once by Sailor Mars. It's the same thing as
the "Mars Fire Ignite" attack, only with a larger and stronger
fireball.
- Mars Celestial Fire Surround
- First episode used in: #57 - Gramps in a Pickle
- Sailor Mars was failing with her "Firestorm" attack, so she resorted
to something else. She concentrated on her Grandpa, who she apparently
was drawing some energy from.
Sailor Mars moves her hand in a counter-clockwise circle, with a tail
of fire trailing. She begins, "Mars Celestial Fire..." Then, a circle
of six balls, with characters on them, is formed. She says "Surround!",
and the balls of energy come together at Sailor Mars' hands, and discs of
fire shoot out from them.

Lita/Sailor Jupiter
Transformations
- Jupiter Power/Jupiter Star Power
- First episode used in: #21 - Jupiter Comes Thundering In
- (Star) First episode used in: #59 - A Charmed Life
- With her green power pen in hand, Lita thrusts her arm into the air, and
shouts, "Jupiter Power!" She holds the pen up in the air, and blue bolts
of lightning surround her. Then, the light disappears in a flash, and
her sailor suit appears. Then, she strikes her pose, facing forward,
right leg slightly bent, left foot and left arm pointing outward, right
arm bent in the air. other, arms partly extended, left elbow touching
body, right elbow slightly off to the side. Lightning crackles in
the background.
With her green star pen in hand, Lita thrusts in the air, and shouts,
"Jupiter Star Power!" She gets her nails done like Sailor Moon, except
that they're colored green. The transformation sequence is the same as the
"Jupiter Power" one. At the end, the sign of Jupiter is in the
background.
Special Powers
- Supreme Thunder Crash/Jupiter Thunder Crash/Jupiter Thunderbolts Crash
- First episode used in: #21 - Jupiter Comes Thundering In
- Sailor Jupiter crosses her arms across her face, calling upon the power
of Jupiter by saying, "Jupiter Thunder..." Clouds shoot blue bolts of
lightning down from the sky. A mini lightning rod rises from her tiara,
and absorbs the lightning energy. The blue light circles around her for
a moment, then she lets it loose, saying, "...Crash!"
The words "Jupiter Thunder Crash" are the ones that are usually
spoken.
- Jupiter Thunder Dragon
- First episode used in: #49 - Food Fetish
Lita and Alan were enjoying a nice meal in the park. Ann didn't like it
one bit, so she unleashed a cardian on the two of them. The cardian
smashed Lita's wonderful food to a pulp. This really ticked her off.
Sailor Jupiter goes through the "Jupiter Thunder Crash" sequence, but
she yells "Jupiter Thunder Dragon" instead. The blue-green lightning
takes the shape of a dragon. The electric dragon roars, and lunges at
the target,
face first.
- Jupiter Thundercrash Zap
- First episode used in: #59 - A Charmed Life
- Lightning crackles around Sailor Jupiter, as she begins her attack. She
says, "Jupiter Thunderclap...", as she rears back. A ball of lightning
forms in her hand. Then she says, "Zap!", and throws the energy ball
with her right hand, in a sidearm fashion.

Mina/Sailor Venus
Transformations
- Venus Power/Venus Star Power
- First episode used in: #30 - A Crystal Clear Destiny
- (Star) First episode used in: #59 - A Charmed Life
- With her orange power pen in hand, Mina thrusts her arm into the air, and
shouts, "Venus Power!" A long, starry ribbon shoots out from the pen.
She moves the pen all around her body, moving the ribbon along with it.
Then, she holds the pen up in the air, and the ribbon circles her body.
The ribbon falls to the ground, causing an explosion of stars that engulf
Mina. She reappears in her sailor suit, and does a few twirls. Then,
she strikes her pose, facing forward, feet together, right arm in the air,
left arm underneath her right shoulder. A few stars shine in the
background.
With her orange star pen in hand, Mina thrusts in the air, and shouts,
"Venus Star Power!" She gets her nails done like Sailor Moon, except
that they're colored orange. The transformation sequence is the same as
the "Venus Power!" one. And at the end, the sign of Venus is in the
background.
Special Powers
- Venus Crescent Beam Smash
- First episode used in: #29 - Sailor V Makes the Scene
- Two crescent moons appear, pointing outward. Sailor Venus touches these
two figures with her hand, saying, "Venus Crescent Beam..." Then, she
points at her target with her right hand, and holds her right arm with
her other hand. She says, "...Smash!", and a golden beam of light shoots
out from her hand.
- Venus Meteor Shower
- First episode used in: #46 - Kindergarten Chaos
- Serena and Mina were having a good time, singing songs with a bus full
of kindergarten kids. Unfortunately, yet another cardian came to spoil
the fun. The two girls went to attack the cardian, but failed. Sailor
Venus got really angry at the fact that the cardian was after a bunch of
little kids. After a few inspirational words from the Moonlight Knight,
Sailor Venus unleashed a new attack.
(The first time she used it, her hair blew up into the air. It kinda
reminded me of a Super Saiya-jin transformation) Sailor Venus goes
through the "Venus Crescent Beam" sequence, but instead of a single
beam shooting out, the single beam splits into a flurry of beams,
pounding their way towards the target.
- Venus Love Chain Encircle
- First episode used in: #59 - A Charmed Life
- Sailor Venus crosses her arms across her body, saying, "Venus Love
Chain..." A chain of linked hearts spirals around her body. Then,
she points her hand in the direction of her target, and says,
"Encircle!", causing the chain to fly toward its target.
Rini
Special Powers
- (Luna Ball) Kitty Magic/Kitty Power
- First episode used in: #54 - Serena Times Two
- Little Rini uses this little trick on several occasions in order to get
what she wants.
She dribbles her Luna Ball on the ground like a basketball and says,
"Kitty Magic!" The ball bounces high into the air. Then, the ball
turns into whatever Rini wants.

Group Abilities
- Sailor Teleport
- First episode used in: #40 - Day of Destiny
- Queen Beryl was on Earth, preparing to attack. The Scouts wouldn't let her
get the chance.
The five of them joined hands, and each called on their respective
powers. "Sailor Teleport!" they said. And in an instant, they were
teleported to wherever they needed to go.
- Sailor Planet Power
- First episode used in: #65 - Sibling Rivalry
- Luna and Artemis directed the Sailor Scouts in this mission. They were
stuck in some kind of void, and needed to destroy the Wiseman's power
strobe.
The five of them joined hands, and each called on their respective
powers. Then, all of their energy was focused into one beam of light,
which struck and shattered the Nega-power strobe.
